VOICE for Childcare Teams is a 3-Part Live Zoom Workshop Experience that sets your educators up with the skills to start delighting children with their languages from the moment they leave the workshop!
LIVE, ONLINE ZOOM WORKSHOPS
* At 90 minutes per session, with one session per week for three weeks, your three Zoom sessions create the perfect in-house workshop, scheduled at times that work best with your own daily programme.
*For small groups of 2-3 participants plus myself per session, the charm of these personalised online workshops is that they feel like personal coaching/mentoring.
* With plenty of real-time practice together, laughter and creativity is guaranteed, and participants will leave with techniques, games and skills that they can use to delight the children right away!
*Includes access to the full recorded VOICE video course, with the 5 full modules + bonus module, PDFs and quiz questions to reinforce skills.
* Each participant receives a Certificate of Participation.
THE THREE ZOOM SESSIONS
Session 1: Inspiration and Opportunity
(How to Weave Your Languages Throughout Your Childcare Days with Ease)
Inspiring the educators to see and feel the incredible possibilities, both to the children and to themselves, of totally enchanting the children with their native or second languages.
We’ll cover all the amazing opportunities that they have to weave their languages throughout their childcare days without having to find more time: Inside, outside, small group, whole class, transition times, meal times, the incredible Double Whammy . . . so many opportunities to enchant the children with languages.
Educators will leave Session 1 with my two super easy and fun signature activities that they can use to delight the children as soon as their Zoom session finishes.
Session 2: Two Complete Games to Use Right Away
All the tricks and techniques to make these 2 full games super engaging, to get the children using LOTS of the educators'/teachers'/parents' languages.
We’ll actually practice these games together, making them work beautifully in the individual languages of each educator.

Session 3: Master Story-Telling for Bilingual Brilliance!
(How to choose a book in any language and find language gold on each page for YOUR language)
Transform books into magical, interactive language experiences that entice children into the educator's exciting world and exotic-sounding words with delight.
Invitation to Follow-Up Zoom Coaching Session
Once you've had a chance to try out your new skills with the children, I offer optional, one-off, small-group Zoom sessions to follow up one month later, see what you've been trying and how the children are reacting, and share some more cool games to inspire you to keep going and make these techniques a natural part of your days. All part of your workshop package!

Your workshop was really inspiring, and it's so helpful to have the follow-up coaching and all the posts and training videos in the facebook group afterwards - they really keep me motivated and give me ideas to keep doing more Russian with the kids.
All of this week I did the introduction with the airplane, and then played the game "small or big". The children loved it so much, they asked me if we could play it today as well!!! And they then were showing me other objects in the playground saying small or big in Russian.
